THERAPY SERVICES

Brenda offers a variety of therapy services to support your mental health and well-being:

Therapy can be an effective treatment for anxiety by helping individuals develop coping skills, challenge negative thoughts, and gradually face their fears. Through therapy, individuals can learn to manage anxiety and improve their overall quality of life.

Women often experience certain physiological, situational and psychological stressors particularly related to gender.  These concerns can significantly impact mental health and wellbeing. These and many other issues can be addressed in therapy with the help of an experienced therapist.

Therapy can be incredibly helpful for children who are struggling with emotional, behavioural, or developmental issues. By providing a safe and supportive space for children to express themselves and offering guidance and support, therapists can help children build resilience, improve their self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills for a lifetime.

Brenda’s expertise in understanding and working with couples offers people a means to strengthen their levels of communication and intimacy in their relationships.

Brenda has particular expertise in providing psychotherapy to older (senior) adult individuals and couples and their families.

Therapy provides a confidential and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings about change.
